Wellbeing Women

Primarily aimed at older ladies, this group focusses on individuals well-being with light exercise, aromatherapy and outings, as well as peer support for each other.

This service runs on Tuesday morning. We offer door-to-door transport with passenger assistance. The service costs £7.50 including a snack
